  • Newsletter Subscription: sending informational and promotional communications. Legal basis: data subject’s consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
  • IT security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Processing methods

The data is processed using electronic and paper-based tools, with security and confidentiality measures compliant with Articles 5 and 32 of the GDPR. No automated decision-making or profiling is used.

Data recipients

The data may be disclosed to technical and IT service providers (hosting providers, email providers, newsletter managers), consultants, or individuals responsible for website maintenance, duly appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. The data will not be disseminated.

Transfers outside the EU

If certain services (e.g., Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Mailchimp) require the transfer of data outside the EU, this will be done in compliance with Articles 44-49 of the GDPR, according to the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Retention period

  • Data sent via contact form: retained for 12 months from the date of request.
  • Data collected for newsletter subscription: until consent is revoked.
  • Technical navigation and security data: up to 12 months in server logs.
