Mixing System
The Polieri mixing system is characterized by several distinctive features: a wide-bottom drum with counter-bottom, the special geometry of the mixing blades, and the low drum rotation speed.
Tests using progressive sieving have shown that the mixed material is homogeneous and well blended.

Reducer
The use of a gear reducer ensures protection against accidental tipping, providing maximum safety and eliminating the typical risks of traditional machines.

ABS Guard
All moving parts are properly protected.

High-strength belt
The motion transmission belt is a high-resistance poly-V type housed inside the motor compartment.

Quick belt tensioning
The motor drive belt can be easily and safely tensioned.

Easy-to-reach controls
The electric switch and power plug are located directly beneath the motor housing for easy access.

Drum tilting
The drum can be tilted 360° from one side to the other without locking, facilitating the operator’s work.

Paint finish
Our machines and equipment are painted with epoxy-polyester thermosetting powder coatings, ensuring greater gloss, durability, and resistance to atmospheric agents, while being environmentally friendly.

Stackability for storage
